Can you believe it's been a year?  I remember sitting down in front of the podcast mic last year with no expectations of what I wanted out of the podcast other than a fun place to give a voice to my biz.

I never expected it to take on a life of it's own and become the main portion of my business.  But that's what it's done.  Regardless of what industry you're in, I looked back over the last year and realized that the lessons I've learned are applicable to everyone.  Because really, running a podcast is a business in and of itself isn't it?
