Part 2 of our series on how to close a listing presentation focuses on the best script I've ever used.  In fact, It's my favorite question to ask at a Listing Consultation, and believe it or not, it's the one that finalizes me as the selected agent.

Most agents waste their time talking AT the prospective client.  I talk WITH them and get straight to the heart of what's important.

And I utilize my knowledge of the DISC profiles to carefully select my words, modify my tone and ensure that I'm meeting that client where they are in order for them to be HEARD.
