Hey Future Growth Leader, are you the right fit for this team?

While The Real Boss Women organization is broker agnostic, Joanne DOES hang her license with eXp Realty and has a large network of agents there.

Currently we are looking for a Growth Coordinator who will be the center of the growth for this part of the organization.

From coordinating interviews, to onboard assistance, mentoring efforts,  brainstorming (aka BS’ing) with the CEO Joanne Bolt on  additional resources, educational ideas for the agents, happy hour coordinations, heck being willing to work remotely from home and travel when needed, this position is best suited for someone with a great sense of humor who has a flexible schedule, is results-oriented, and is ready to get after it. If you work best under strict supervision and rigid guidelines, then our company will not be a fit for you.  Good luck trying to tie Joanne down to routine meetings.  Ain't gonna happen.

The ideal candidate will excel at making sure all agent prospects are well communicated with, onboarding runs smoothly and efficiently, agents have the tools they need to be productive, while maintaining good relationships and communications with our internal team and outside vendors. This candidate should be highly organized, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, understand the needs of the agents, anticipate upcoming changes in the market, and work well in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Duties and Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage agent attraction plans/budgets and results for the company. Ability to make recommendations based on budgets and have consistent, accurate ongoing tracking of all aspects of budget
  • Maintain accurate records for agents with onboard dates, birthdays, capping dates and be ready to celebrate them
  • Brainstorm with the CEO for new, exciting ideas for our agents; bring approved brainstorm ideas to life and manage to completion
  • Maintain a consistent interview schedule and deliver established metrics each month for agent growth count.

  • Attend real estate conferences as approved and budgeted by the company
